Innovative Endodontics is an 8,385 SF medical office building located in Summerville, South Carolina, designed in a Lowcountry architectural style that blends traditional Southern aesthetics with modern clinical functionality. The wood-framed, one-and-a-half-story structure features a façade composed of brick veneer and cement board siding, creating a distinctive and cohesive exterior. The project includes a 3,450 SF upfit for the dental practice, complete with custom dental casework and a second-floor training room, while the remaining 4,935 SF was delivered as shell space to accommodate future tenants.
