Adaptive re-use of the historic Claussen's Bakery into 29 boutique studio apartments. Cohn received the 2020 Historic Preservation Award alongside 1X1 Design and Styx, Claussen's, LLC for this project that preserves the bakery's industrial character while creating modern urban housing.
